Video uploaded in Rise course cut halfway

Hi all, 

I'm having an issue with an HD video I've uploaded onto a Course. It's way below the size limitation so no issue there, however I doesn't play until the end. 

It's supposed to be 4 minutes long and it stops at just under two minutes. 

I've uploaded several times over and over, the upload process looks fine but when I play it, the problem is still there. I'm honestly out of options.

    Hello there! I'm sorry to hear that you're hitting a snag with your video in Rise.

    Does this happen with other video files you upload to Rise? Have you tried uploading it to a different Rise course to see if the issue persists?

    Would you be willing to share the video file you're working with? We'd be more than happy to take a closer look at your file and see if we can find out what's causing the issue.
