Video won't import into SL360
Anyone having issues uploading videos into SL360? I worked on one last week not issues. Doing the same thing this week and am getting the pictured error. Have not made any changes to my system whatsoever.

It appears that Storyline 360 is looking for an installed video player along with some codecs based on the error message that you shared. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Is the error happening whenever you try to import any video, or just a few select ones?
- Do you have all available Windows updates installed?
- Are you able to add videos from Content Library 360?
- When you open Windows Media Player on your machine, does it open and launch without any issues?
If the behavior is happening to all of your videos, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation.
which version of storyline 360 are you using?
perhaps try another version (so you get a new clean install too)
