Videos are not playing in Articulate Review
My videos play fine when I publish them in Articulate Storyline but when I publish in Articulate Review the videos do not play and stay on the opening screen of the video. This is happening with all of my videos and no just one. These videos are MP4s.

Hi, I've go the same problem just now, the vid plays in storyline but when published to review, it won't play. It just sits there. Any ideas?
Hi Tania, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access your course. We had an outage that partially affected courses published to Review 360:
Republishing should do the trick here, but if you're still running into issues, connect with our support engineers, and they can take a closer look.

Hi, everyone. I am having this very same issue. I have video narrations (small and short) on various slides. They play automatically without issue in Storyline 360. When I published the course to share for internal review in Review 360, they won't play at all. The rest of the timeline progresses normally. Just to be safe, I went back and manually added triggers to play media when the timeline starts... nada. Anybody have any clues on how to fix this? I am under a deadline for this project and it would be heartbreaking to have to start over. The videos give a human touch that audio-only doesn't provide.

Hi, Kerri.
Thank you for opening a support case with our engineers! I see you're working with Lianne, so you're in great hands!
Please reach out through the case if you have additional questions.

Has support figured out what causes this and what we can do to overcome this video issue in Review 360? I am having similar issues.

I figured out the cause of my issue. I had an initial slide with only an image. My subsequent slides included videos. When I removed the first slide, they all played fine - go figure. Hope this helps someone else.

Thank you Glenda for figuring out a workaround. I was having the same issue, and I removed the initial slide w/ an image, placed the image on the same slide as my video, and moved my video on the timeline to start at 3 seconds, (play automatically) and it worked.

Glad it worked for you, too.
