Videos wont play automatically
I have several scenes in a story that the user clicks an icon and a layer is shown. On the layer is a video that is set to play automatically. But the videos require the user to click to play rath...
Hi Regina! I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with autoplay on your videos.
Is this an issue with one particular video you have, or all videos where you try to enable an autoplay trigger?
Which browser are you using? Some browsers, including Google Chrome and Safari, no longer allow audio and video content to autopay, and this can affect your Storyline course.
If that's not what you are experiencing, please share your .story file with us either publicly here, or privately in a case. We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.
