Visual error in microlearning
Hi
I'm creating a microlearning course using the microlearning feature in Rise 360 and I am coming across some formatting issues.
As I'm making the course it looks like this:
However, when I review or publish the course the paragraph block seems to have extra padding at the top.
Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can fix this, as it's not looking the best.
I've tried adding more padding to the image but I'm still experiencing the same issue with the top box.

Hi EmilyKnox-Cl401,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
Have you tried recreating the affected blocks in your Rise 360 Microlearning course to see if this fixes the problem? If the issue persists, try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser. You can also open a case with our support team here , so we can request a copy of your course for testing to see what's causing the extra padding.

Sadly I am still getting the same issue JoseTansengco. I have since come up with a solution myself, which seems to give me a similar result to what I am after. I am having to add an empty text block before and sometimes after the block with the image so I don't get the padding issue in preview/published view.

PhilFoss Thank you for this. Glad to see I am not the only one. MilesBatten-7d2 I'm not sure if my solution would help you in anyway, as I can see you wanted to have images for the background of your blocks.

This appears to be a known bug, discussed here:
