Voice commands in Storyline 360
Hello! I am attempting to add voice commands to a Storyline project I am working on. Here's what my end goal is...
A learner would be wearing a RealWear HMT-1 device to learn how to use a piece of machinery. Since the idea is for the learner to be hands free, they would be able to use voice commands to move between screens - for example <next>, <back>, <go to cleaning>, etc. Has anyone worked on or been able to accomplish this type of thing?
Really interesting case. I guess you will need Javascript to capture the commands and then with the use of variables tell Storyline to act. Wondering how to play Storyline published files...does the Realwear have Wifi and can access a LMS or LRS ? Or do you need to make it standalone and upload to the device. Reading up a bit on Realwear stats it apparently uses Android code. I noticed they do support Unity.
Thanks for the quick response! Yes, the RealWear has wifi capability. We use Workday for LMS so not sure how to connect the two.
