It looks like you're getting a re-direct error due to a timeout of your site.
In order to assist you further, I have a few additional questions and suggestions:
- Are you able to access the link you’ve added independently in a new browser window?
- Do you have the link set to Display in Slide or Display in a new browser window? Does the link work if set to open in a new browser window?
- Please test in the intended environment, such as web or LMS, to see if it’s working as expected there.
