Web Hosted Storyline file will not reload

I'm hosting a published Storyline (Web) file and once it's been viewed (1 or 2 slides), the file will not start from the beginning when revisiting the link. 
It ends up (even after viewing 2 of 5 slides), at the black screen that says to 'Restart' or 'Resume' buttons. 
I've been going nuts trying different settings, Reset to inital State for the slides... etc. Thoughts? Thx!
