Aside from the advertisement-based "td.doubleclick.net" service, I also see "Google site verification" inside the elements. None of these services are included by Articulate 360 when publishing courses in the platform, so something else might have injected those elements into your course or the active window where your course was being viewed. If you're viewing your course on your LMS, please try using a different one to see if the same service appears. If it does, please open a case with our support team here so we can investigate where those came from.
