What do the numerical suffixes mean on quiz Interaction IDs?
We're working to establish a reporting dashboard to analyze quiz/survey responses and had a question or two about the data that shakes out.
The Interaction Id (SCORM Cloud), aka Question Identifier in our LMS (SumTotal), generally ends with _0_0, but not always. I'm assuming it indicates an attempt count, but can't say for certain how it works.
Does anyone know what these indicate and what their behavior is?

I'm looking for an answer to this question as well. A decade-old discussion post says that the first digit is the Question Attempt, which starts at 0 instead of 1 for some reason. So any Quiz Question with only 1 attempt allowed on it should display 0 here.
The second one is still a mystery to me. Did you ever get an answer to your question?
Hi Chris!
Thanks for reaching out!
I see that you've been working with my teammate Chester, through a support case. We can continue the conversation there to keep all information in one spot.
