What does the circles means? When a course is completed it should be green circles with a checkmark
Hi!
Theme: Rise
Yes, this occured for the first time.
Not in preview but published in the LMS.
Happend only for a few persons.
But I would like to know what it means? I mean I know what a completed course looks like, and a not started course. But these circles with a green outline is new to me.

Hi FredrikLundb550!
Glad to see Kelly has been helping you! Happy to jump in here!
In Rise 360, the completion icons from the navigation menu should fill entirely after a learner completes a lesson. It sounds like you're only observing this behavior when the course is viewed through your LMS. If so, have you had a chance to test the course on SCORM Cloud? It's a helpful tool we use to determine if an issue lies with an Articulate course, or the LMS itself.
Using a Rise-themed sample course, I published it to LMS and tested it with SCORM Cloud. However, I could not replicate the same behavior.
If the same issue cannot be observed when testing in SCORM Cloud, please connect with your LMS administrator to see if any adjustments can be made on the LMS side. Also, I suggest having the learners who are affected, try clearing their browser's cache to see if that helps.
If the completion icons are still empty when testing with SCORM Cloud, please connect with our team through a support case. They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!
