What happened to AI voice Jessica?

Since we upgraded our Articulate package to include AI, I have used Jessica in many of my projects that are developed in Storyline 360 - including the one that I am currently working on. She is described as young \ english \ American accent \ dialogue \ cute - I love to use her because she sounds upbeat and engaged. 

At some point last week, I started to notice a significant difference in Jessica's voice. When I pick her and play her vocal clip, it still sounds like her - but when I actually use her with my project script, I get a totally different person - she sounds older, the pace of her speech is much slower, and the output sounds more artificial. Does anyone else use Jessica frequently, and if so, are you experiencing the same issue - or maybe similar issues with other preferred characters that are not part of the Legacy voice issue?
