When recording screen, screen auto zooms and doesn't capture entire screen in recording window

Hey Everyone, 

I'm having an issue where I'm setting the recording dimensions, and once I start recording, the recording window automatically zooms in on the screen and doesn't capture the entire window I want to record.

I've added two images: the first is the screen I intended to record and the second is what was recorded. As you can see, it has auto-zoomed, even though while recording the screen looks like the appropriate size. It's not until you insert the recording that you notice it's zoomed in. 

To fix this I have to restart storyline and unplug my dual monitors and record only using one monitor. As you can imagine this can get very annoying and finicky especially when creating multiple recordings. Is there a way to fix this? Any advice would be great.
