Where is the duplicate course button gone?

Hello.  I'm trying to duplicate a course I own in rise but the duplicate button has disappeared and replaced by a link that says how to duplicate a course but when you follow the link it just says click on the duplicate button.  Picture attached

Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Go the page page that lists all your Rise courses.

    Locate the course you want to duplicate,

    Click on the three dots and choose Duplicate.
