Whether Rise360 or Review360 can count the test results of the storyline’s quiz

To track test results from a Storyline quiz, you can publish to an LMS/LRS. 

If you do not have an LMS/LRS, here are two ways to track course completion without an LMS/LRS. Keep in mind that these alternatives do not provide the level of detail you’d get from an LMS, such as learner activity and quiz scores.
