I'm happy to help with this concern, and I appreciate the troubleshooting you have already applied, including changing the aspect ratio! I'm curious about the aspect ratio of the videos itself. Do they match that of the Storyline slides?
If the issue persists, can you share your Storyline file with us so we can look at what you have set up? You may also share it with us privately by sending it along here. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
