Whiteboard Apps that are Compatible with Articulate?

Hi all,

I'm creating a Math lesson via this app:   http://ipevo.com/software/annotator 

When I upload it to Storyline as a video I notice the text shows up smaller than I created it.  I tried to create it again with larger text and it still shows up small.  I wonder if this is a storyline issue or the Whiteboard app issue?

Maybe there is more compatible whiteboard that folks use with Storyline and Articulate products?
