Why are your support services so disgustingly bad!
I have so many issues with your support services but let's start with the following 3:
You don't update your status reports truthfully or in a timely fashion.

I struggled to find anything reported online by Articulate but luckily people were sharing the same reported issue on here otherwise would not of known that this was a wider issue.
