Why are your support services so disgustingly bad!
I have so many issues with your support services but let's start with the following 3:
You don't update your status reports truthfully or in a timely fashion.
You don't make support readily ava...
And in a correction to my previous post. I can access the so called 'Live Chat' but I didn't think it was the right thing because it was just a bot and when I asked it, even the bot didn't know it was supposed to be the live chat support.
I also asked it to connect me with a live agent but it said none were available.
