Will Closed Captioning work if you turn on video controls for a video?
I have several slides for which the client provided videos. I have Closed Captioning and the Seekbar turned on at the player level. I have .srt closed captioning files for each of the videos.
The problem is that the Seekbar isn't working properly. It doesn't move in sync with the video throughout the entire video. So, I turned off the Seekbar and turned on video controls. Now, I can't get the CC button to display for closed captioning.
