Wireframes, Mockups and Prototypes

Hello, 

I'm researching tools for creating wire-frames, mock-ups and prototypes that I can apply to designing learning experiences, experimentation, and driving consensus for design concepts.

Practically speaking, I'd like to be able to share the wire-frames, mock-ups and prototypes with the business owner and development team. I would also like a tool that allows me to create libraries of visual and interactive components. 

One tool that I've been considering is Axure. However, I wanted to check-in here to see what other tools this community has used (e.g. Storyline, PowerPoint, Captivate, etc.) before making any commitments.
