Working with pictures

I am trying to insert 3 pictures and I want them to be inline with each other. All 3 pictures have different dimensions and I want to crop (not resize) them to a specific height and width but I also want to make them clickable so that when I click any picture, it zooms into its original size. How to do this?

    You should be able to crop them to the same size, then you may want to create layers and when you click the image show the layer with enlarged version of the picture on
