I recently had the same thing come up with one of my reviewers... She tried all sorts of things to troubleshoot and eventually reported that she was able to "complete the review" after signing out. This seems very strange to me. I'm thinking it is a bug of some sort.

Hi Bronica,
Thanks for sharing what your reviewer experienced. Review 360 works best when using the latest version of a supported browser. Browser compatibility is one of the main reasons why a reviewer may encounter issues with Review 360. If this happens again, I'd have them check whether there are browser updates that need to be completed first before proceeding.
