Your Computer is Offline Error
Hello everyone, I 'm trying to edit my courses but I'm getting an error saying my computer is offline, is there a fix for this?
Rise 360 - Using chrome - goes offline approx. every 15 min or less. Then it times out and makes me refresh. Happens all day long - although when working in storyline, it never happens!?

I am sorry that you are experiencing this. Can you try the following?1. Make sure your browser is fully updated.
2. Clear your browser's cache.
3. Restart your computer.
