Declaration process built into rise
Does anyone know if it is possible to build into a rise course a process where the learner has to read some information and then sign their name in a box to declare what they have read they understand and accept?

You could create a Javascript Signature Pad using the HTML Block. Here is a site with the code you copy and paste into the code blow: https://lemonadejs.com/docs/plugins/signature
The problem might be is capturing that they have signed in your LMS... and if you need to see this as a record somewhere. But the feeling that they have had to officially sign something would be present.
