External training and receiving results automatically

Hello!

I guess this is two parts. I am looking for ideas on how to give training to external employees that don't have access to our LMS. I would think I'd need to store the training onto a server and send them a link to do it.

 

The second part is getting the results of the external training. Is there a way to put a button at the end to automatically send quiz results or a screenshot of the results to an email through Rise or Storyline?
