I have ran across the dreaded SCORM file upload error before. I couple of techniques that help be diagnosis the issue was, uploading the SCORM file to a test site like SCORM cloud or absorb, just to make sure it isn't anything going on with my LMS. Also wondering if you save your image file as a .png just to see if that effects the upload error issue. Would love to know if any of these help, or work.
