External AI Voiceover Translation?

I'm brand new to Articulate Localization and plan to use it to translate multiple storyline courses into several different languages. I plan to use an external AI software (most likely WellSaid Labs) to generate the voiceover for the course. This is because our global audience requires a more natural voice with neutral accents. Is localization able to translate the voiceover or is this only possible if I use the internal text-to-speech tool? I'm sure closed captioning will get translated fine, I'm just not sure about the voiceover itself.

      Hi KellyAuner,

Thanks for your quick reply. Just to make sure I'm understanding, if I use the AI Voices tool (internal to the Articulate Storyline platform) for my text-to-speech in the original course developed in English, when I use Localization to translate the course into several different languages, the voiceover will still be in English?

If this is the case, considering storyline created the AI voice using text, which is being translated in all other facets for the course, it should probably be doing that as well. Not translating the voiceover that was created with the text-to-speech tool creates a ton of extra work for the ID.
