Whole Pop-up Window Doesn't Display
When using AI Text to Speech, the window opens, but I am unable to view the full window. I tried alt+ Space to move/resize/full-screen, and that doesn't work. I tried adjusting my display settings to smaller resolution and 100%. The only reason I know what the button says it because I watched a YouTube video showing how to insert text to slide. How can I get SL to show me the full size window? It seems to be happening with all pop-ups like text to speech and publish.

Hi jspaude19 Is this happening in just courses that you've translated or all Storyline files?
It is happening with all courses. I spent time with Articulate support & she uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times and issue is still present for me.
Did anyone on this thread open a ticket with Articulate support? If so - would you mind sending me case numbers? I am compiling all of our articles and tickets for "Senior Customer Support Engineer" Cleober Sinues. This person keeps going in circles blaming my computer when it is clear that we all have different make/model PCs and it isn't just happening to me. I can tell by several different article dates this has been happening roughly 11 months. Interacting with this Storyline engineer is evidence they have not been moving toward fixing this issue. Please send me case numbers if you have them :)
Hi CrystalSantiago, we're sorry you've run into this issue. We've escalated your case to a Senior Technical Support Engineer for further troubleshooting.
If other folks are running into this, we're commonly seeing it happen when folks have their Windows Display Settings > Scale & Layout: Scale set to more than 100% or the Display Resolution set to less than 1280 x 800, so we recommend starting with adjusting those settings. If that doesn't work, please reach out to our support team.
