"AccessDenied" error in Review

Hi, I have a Storyline course that's been up in Review for a couple of months, and when I go to look at it, I get the following error message in the course frame:
AccessDeniedAccess DeniedPPBDEJTJFCCP2Y1WMH5GrSRzEo6tq76LrFFUVDZ+MIST0wSsQ7PvDTZvezRmqqm9JG7R0CUSN36FK5uu9Qika34DMe4=

I can look at previous versions, and the Feedback on the current version, but the course won't come up.

How do I get the course back? Republish from Storyline?

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to access your course. We had an outage that partially affected courses published to Review 360:

Republishing should do the trick here, but if you're still running into issues, connect with our support engineers, and they can take a closer look.
