Attachment error- Review 360

I have a team Member (has Articulate ID but not a seat) who is trying to attach an image with their comment in Review 360 and they get an error. we tried many types of attachments. Anyone else experience this or have resolution? Could it be an internet access issues? we have pretty restricted access- is there a IP address we need unblocked. I can do attachments no issues- so just confused. THANKS!

Hello Kristy,

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. 

I can confirm that attaching images works fine on my end. I also haven't seen any issues being reported involving problems with adding attachments to comments in Review 360. 

Since the issue appears to be isolated to restricted networks, please ask your Network admin to add the endpoints listed in this article to see if this helps.
