My SME reviewed a Storyline course in Chrome and her comments aren't appearing in 360 Review. I've checked every version of this course and her comments are not showing up. I was able to post a comment with no problem. The option to allow a non Articulate ID user review and make comments was selected prior to her reviewing. Are her comments lost, or is there a way to retrieve them?
Thank you for updating the thread with your solution. I'm glad to hear you were able to solve this issue! If you run into any trouble moving forward, please let us know!
I am having the same issue. I get an email alerting me to new comments, but when I look in Review they are not there. (The comments do appear on each slide in Review, but when I click "Feedback" they are not displayed.)
This makes total sense! If they had a browser tab open or a local cache, all while a new version was published, their feedback would target the old version.
Or they played with the version drop-down and never switched it back to the latest.

Yes, same issue. Sometimes the review edits show up in my email notifications but not in the comment section in review.

So what I found out from support is people may be adding comments to an older version in review. That solved my problem.
