Hello! I have the option selected to receive notifications about the project, but I am not getting them via email. I have to manually go in and check to see if there are any comments. If I sent the link manually, I will get notifications just not through using the new Request Review feature.
I'm happy to hear you've tried the Request Review feature. I tested this on my end and received email notifications for new comments and updates on when the review was completed.
Sign in to Articulate 360 and open the project you want to follow or mute.
Click the More ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner and choose Project Notifications
Choose a notification setting

One thing to check is that your project notifications are set to All Activity.
