Video stopping in the same spot in review 360

Not sure what the problem is. I have about a 6 minute video that I made in After Effects and it plays great in media player.
When I load it in articulate it plays fine in preview mode. When I upload to review 360 it dies in the exact same place every time. I've checked my AE file and there is nothing stopping it. and like I said it plays fine in media player and preview mode but for some reason on review 360 it freezes at about 4 minutes.
I've created a new articulate file and and imported and uploaded a few times with the same result. Please advise.
Thanks,
Dan

BTW...it plays fine in Edge. Not playing through in chrome.
I additionally tried the export local and upload file function with the same result. Video still freezes about 4 minutes in when viewed in 360.
Uploading the raw video through 360 file upload the video plays fine. Seems that the articulate shell is the issue.
