Dear Community I have received reports from some users of our Articulate 360 e-learning courses that they are unable to start the e-learning courses. Only one white page appears. It doesn’t matter whether you try the Edge or Chrome browser. Oddly enough, accessing the same e-learning courses works for me and other users. Shutting down and shutting down your computer did nothing either.
Does anyone have an idea as to what this might be and how the problem could be solved?

Hello, Hervé! I have a few questions for you to help determine the cause:
If you answered yes to those questions, try using our "reset learner progress" feature when you export your Rise 360 course.
