Assessment query Nov 18, 2022 By Oliver Deakin Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. I've included a quiz in my Rise 360 module and set the retries as 'zero' as I only want them to have one attempt. My LMS are telling me that the 'retake' button does not appear however, if the content is relaunched, the employee can take the assessment again. I need to stop this from happening. If they have failed once, they cannot retake again. The Quiz has 10 questions and is pulled from a question bank in Rise. Any suggestions?
Phil Mayor Hero over 1 year ago11/18/22 at 2:13 pm (UTC) Attempts are usually managed by the LMS, in the case of the setting for one attempt in Rise that is in the instance that has been loaded from the LMS. There is one thing you can try is to set it to passed/failed. Failed is often terminal in an LMS and will stop further attempts being registered.
