When creating multiple response quiz questions - I've had many instances where the multiple answer block will mark the answer as incorrect even though the user has selected every answer correctly. This happens in our LMS when we export the Rise file, as well as directly in the Rise program itself.
Hello Vendasta! So sorry to hear that this is happening to multiple response quiz questions in your course. We're currently looking into this issue. The workaround for this would be to delete the question and recreate it.
Hey everyone! Happy to let you know that we fixed an issue where multiple response questions were marked as incorrect even if the correct answers were selected. Just export your course again, and your questions should work as expected.
