Hi there! I have 2 custom fonts that do not display in Rise 360. I can use them in Storyline. My colleagues can add these same custom fonts in Rise and display properly but for some unknown reason, I cannot.
I used different browsers and different font converters (like Font Squirrel) with no luck. Any suggestions??
Thanks for reaching out, Diane! Did you follow these steps to import the custom font into Rise 360. Be sure you convert the font files to WOFF file types before importing.
If you followed those steps but you're still having trouble, reach out to our Support team here. They'll request a copy of your course for further testing.
I am running into a similar issue. The custom font works very well on my computer, in Review360, but when the SCORM package is added to the LMS it does not appear on some users' computers.
Do individual users have to have the font installed on their machines? I am stumped.
Does this seem to happen in a particular web browser?
Font downloads must be enabled to see the correct fonts and characters. Let me know if your learners see a difference after following the steps in that article!
We want you to be able to use the font of your choice and not be limited to the fonts in Rise 360. Does your custom font appear incorrectly in all web browsers, or certain browsers in particular?
Would you be willing to share your SCORM output file so we can test it from our side? If that works for you, you can send it privately by opening a case.
We are also experiencing the same issue. Our fonts are displaying correctly when we are working in the project but some computers when reviewing are displaying it incorrectly. Doesn't seem to matter which browser is being used. Is there a solution for this yet?
I am having this same issue. Why is this an issue? Shouldn't the fonts be embedded in the file? Making everyone (in a company of 3000+) have specific settings implemented seems extreme.
I do with a bunch of funky stuff before them "5vup&aCdFNodH780-Customfontname-BoldItalic.woff" ("Customfontname" inserted by me). There are 6 custom fonts like this, but I also see a number of Lato fonts and icomoon.
The custom fonts don't come up in the Review link though, and that changes some spacing and visual aspects for those reviewing the content.
Hi Troy! I'm sorry to hear you are encountering some difficulties with your custom fonts.
Would you be willing to share your Scorm package(s) for a closer look? You may send it privately by opening a case here. Our Support Engineers will be more than happy to help investigate the issue.

Hello Alyssa! Yes, I converted the files to WOFF per instructions using Font Squirrel then added into Rise 360 as a custom font.
I will reach out to your Support team. Thank you!
Thanks, Diane! Your case is in the right place. You'll hear back from the team soon!

I also have the same issue as Kristopher. I did not see the solution. Shall we just default to the fonts given in Rise? Was this too good to be true?

Hi there, Jess. Can you have a look at this article about making sure font downloads are available in learners' browsers? Let us know here if that doesn't help.

Hi Troy,
Publish your course and then open the ZIP file.
In this folder, do you see your custom fonts?
zip\scormcontent\lib\fonts
