This seems like such a simple task yet I am having issues. I am a 360 user and created a Rise course for a client. When I export to web, and send him the link, he cannot access the course. It asks him to sign into 360. He is not a user of 360, just the end client. Any help would be appreciated.

What link are you sending your client?
When you export a course to web, the output is a ZIP file.
You, as the creator of the course, will receive an email to download that ZIP file, but that link will not work for your client.
The actual ZIP file is what you need to send to your client.
