Help! Intermittent progress in scorm from articulate rise charged in a moodle platform

Greetings, community.

I find myself with a problem that although I have done many of the different solutions suggested on the web, I have not found any effective one. My moodle version is: Moodle 3.10.6 (Build: 20210729) - Boost Template - OPENLMS Service Provider

Context:

When I load a generated scorm package into articulate rise, start to navigate into the package  until the course is complete. After close the popup window from de scorm and return to moodle, in a log out and / or reload the page,  when I  start again the resource, the follow-up is lost, I attached referring images next:

 img 4: the trace reappears

 

I have exported the package in all possible options, 2.1 2004 in all its versions, I have tried the different moodle configurations for secure package loading, that is, I have done everything I found on the web and I have not been able to find the solution. I thank the community if they have information about it.
