That’s probably because you are just a Collaborator yourself on the course. Only Course Managers and Course Owner can add Collaborators.
Ask your Course Manager to add that person or, to switch you to Course Manager so you could do it yourself (there’s no maximum of Managers on a course).
Hi there Knomary Production! Thanks for sharing your screenshot. The collaborator tab is found on the upper right side when your course is opened. Please locate the course in your Create tab first, then click Share on the upper right side then click on Add a Collaborator.

I created a new course, where I'm definitely owner. Tab didn't appear.
I also checked for updates, there is no one.
That's definietly weird... In that case, I don't know. I tried hehe

If you are the Course Owner, if you click on SHARE, you will see View Collaborators at the bottom of the popup.
If you are a Collaborator, you can't add new Collaborators.

From your screenshots, it looks like you are a Course Manager. Only the Course Owner has the collaborators tab and can add collaborators to a course.
