In Rise, one user unable to use search function, other users no problems

Hello, we are troubleshooting an unusual problem, and I'm curious if others have experienced anything like it.

We're making a Resource Hub in Rise, so we've turned on the Search Function. For 8 of us on the team, it works exactly as expected. For 1 of us, it doesn't work at all. She clicks the magnifying glass, types in a search term, and hits Enter. Nothing happens. For the rest of us, we do the same thing with the same text at the same link, and results come back after we hit Enter.

Same link, on the same VPN, with the same browsers, same laptop make and model. We tested in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. For 8 of us it works, for this one team member it doesn't. I even checked to see if her Enter button was broken, but that wasn't the issue either.

Any ideas? I am stumped.
