I have the very same issue. The webpage framework loads but all of my content does. Just a spinning loading icon. I think something must be wrong but also cannot find any official comment on this.

We are having similar problems in the UK. Had a couple of issues last week too.

Same here. I can only access my Review content. For the remaining part solely the webpage framework will load.
Same here, indeed the review content is available , the Rice modules are not...
Still waiting! At least for some communication. We had the same problem last week when it was down for nearly an hour
My whole team are unable to access any courses in Rise since 9am this morning in UK - any updates?
