Is this a bug? Due to Chinese fonts ?
This is how it shows in the preview screen of RISE.
This is how it shows on my cell phone.

Hi!
I haven't seen any reports of problems viewing Chinese fonts in Rise courses, so I'll need a bit more info from you.
It looks like you're viewing the course on an iPhone but I wasn't clear which browser you're using? You'll want to use one of the browsers here on iOS8 or later.
Also, is this being viewed from within Rise using the Share link or have you uploaded to another web server/LMS? If you'd like to share the link with me here I'm also happy to test it!
Thanks for the link! Can you tell me what lesson this is in so that I can take a look? It looks like you have 15 total - so that number will help me find it (especially since I don't read Chinese!)

Sure ! You can find it in lesson 3 and lesson 5. Here's the screen shoot for your reference.
Thanks so much. 😀
I see the same thing on my iPhone 6S using iOS 11.2. It's only those notes block though, everything else seems to resize correctly. It also only appeared for me on your second highlighted lesson.
I'm going to share this with my team to take a deeper look at, and we'll be in touch here once we have additional information to share!
Hi!
Can you also share the font you're using in Rise? If you can share that font file here with us that will also help the team investigate. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing that with us! I wanted to pop in here to note that we've included your font file in our report to our team ☺️

Hi there ! I've experienced exactly the same issue. On the notes block it tends to not display the entire sentence in Chinese or Japanese.
Have you find a solution to this problem?
Thank you in advance

Hi Alyssa, same issue here. I saw that the original post was created over 2 years ago. Were you able to resolve the issue? Is there any workaround?
Thanks
