Issues viewing video on Rise with Apple Devices

Hi,

We have discovered that our students with Apple devices (iPads and iPhones) are experiencing issues viewing video content in our Rise courses via our LMS. The courses was exported as SCORM 1.2.

They are receiving an Error regarding cookies and even when we change the cookie setting they find they can view one video before they again experience issues.

Could anyone please share if there is something we could to support our users in accessing and completing our courses.

Hi Danielle! Sorry to hear your users with iOS devices are having trouble on your LMS. To make sure your LMS isn't causing the cookies error, I suggest testing your course on SCORM Cloud. This article will help you with testing at SCORM Cloud. Please let us know if you still run into any trouble even after testing on SCORM Cloud. 

If it works on SCORM Cloud, please share your findings with your LMS provider and they should be able to assist you from there!
