Matching activity in Final Quiz Scorm 1.2 - "confirm" button is not working

We have created a learning with a final quiz. One of the question is a matching activity : once the Rise has been exported, the "confirm" button associated to this activity is not working anymore. 

We have noticed that this problem happens only with scorm 1.2 format.

Do you  have an idea of how to solve this problem?

Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet?  If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues.  We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file!

Hi Jenifer! I would suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.

If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.
