Process Block & Carousel Block Arrows

It seems that the arrows do not appear in some instances alongside the Process Block as well as the Carousel Block.

    Hi Armand,

    When do the arrows not appear? Does it happen in all browsers? Does it happen in Preview mode? Within a LMS only?

    Hi have foudn the issue where the arrows work in the preview mode but when in the LMS (our is Accord) the arrows do not work.

      Hi Janet! 

      I would also suggest troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same. SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine that's free and supports AICC, SCORM, Tin Can API (xAPI), and cmi5 content.

      If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, kindly share your SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue.
