Quiz Attempts
Hi. I have created a course in rise & no. of quiz attempt is 3. So when the user is exhausted with 3 attempts we basically reset the course in LMS, the user can take the course from beginning which we use to do earlier with Storyline But in rise even after resetting, the user is getting the end slide onli. how can we resolve this?

I would expect that the Rise 360 course would begin from the first lesson if you reset it in your LMS. What LMS are you using? What option did you select to reset the learner's process?
You may want to test the output in SCORM Cloud to compare how the course behaves after resetting progress there. Let us know if you'd like some help with that testing!

I have question on resetting quiz attempt for a single user who has exhausted all attempts. In skilljar there is no to option to reset the quiz attempts (which is part of scorm module). Is deleting the registration and reenrol ling the user only workaround here?

For now, there isn’t a way to reset the quiz attempts in Rise. We’re tracking requests for this feature, and will let you know once we have any updates that can help.
Since you aren’t able to reset the learner’s progress in your LMS, you may try removing the learner’s registration and re-enrolling to learner in the course.
