We're exporting a course from Rise360 as SCORM 1.2 and our customer is importing the course into their LMS (Oracle). The course consists of a single quiz. Quiz retries is set to "none" but they are still able to take it a second time. Screenshot attached. Is this a bug?
For my quizzes that do not have any retries, when the Quiz is selected again after initial completion, students will see the quiz result screen. They do not get to retry the quiz.
You can try to test your course at SCORM Cloud and compare the results with your LMS.
If your content works properly at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, you may need to open a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. As what Karl mentioned, your LMS may have a setting that ignores the quiz retry settings in Rise 360.
