My organization is retiring our current account to create a new team account and we not planning to have an overlap when the old and new accounts are active.
We are wondering how to get the courses from the old accounts to the new accounts. If we use the "send a copy" feature to email all of our courses now, will the courses load in the new accounts if the account that sent the copy is inactive?
Once you have sent a copy of a Rise course from one account to another, there is no longer any connection at all between the original course and the copy.
Thank you Karl! I found this related discussion where you and Alyssa responded very helpfully. It sounds like you need both accounts active at the same time, but apparently if you keep the same email your courses will follow you.
